We have Modern HIGH QUALITY GERMAN Tool Room facility in INDIA with highly skilled Engineers, Designers and Technicians. With such a state of the art Design and Precision Tool Room facility, our QUALITY delivery is exactly same like manufactured in Germany, but at lesser cost.

BFS Machines Upgrading Process:

1. Machines are completely stripped to the bare frame. Thorough cleaning, polish, painting etc.
2. Extruder barrel and screw complete overhaul or new.
3. Gearbox replaced with new.
4. The mould carriage complete refinishing.
5. New bushings, tie bars and hydraulic cylinders are installed.
6. New rails are installed in the base.
7. Under the base, the hydraulic power pack is completely overhauled.
8. New Hi/Low pressure pumps and heat exchangers are added as are all new hoses.
9. The Mokon extruder cooling unit is replaced with new.
10. All ASCO vacuum valves are new.
11. Wiring is simplified as the LAN PLC eliminates “Home Run” device connection.
12. Hydraulic control valves are changed from 120VAC to NEW 24 VDC for added safety.
13. Hydraulic valves, as are all devices under the base, are connected to a local connection device (visible just above left of the hydraulic bladder tank). This device provides 24 VDC power to the device and connection to the PLC. It is connected to the PLC via a SINGLE Ethernet cable. There is “NO HOME RUN” wiring from a device to the PLC eliminating a maze of wires and making troubleshooting a snap.
14. The old electrical panel is completely stripped to the bare mounting board.
15. The finished electrical cabinet is completely simplified as a result of the elimination of “Home Run Wiring”.
16. The old DC motor and drive is completely removed and replaced by a New AC motor and drive.
17. The new AC drive communicates directly with the PLC. All extruder speeds are controlled directly from the Man Machine Interface (MMI) through the PLC.
18. The old fill system is completely replaced with a new electronically controlled unit. The new sanitary diaphragm fill system is constructed of 316LSS and is completely adjustable by means of the MMI. The old system required operator intervention into the sterile zone to make adjustments. Adjustments were made manually by turning a knob. No more adjustment of fills “On the Fly” with needle valves or intrusion into the Sterile Air Zone. With the new fill system there is no chance that the sterile zone could be compromised or operators injured. The new system is completely sanitary and is easily sterilized. The electronic activation resides under a cover.
19. The fill system functions as a single unit.
20. Here are various close ups of the Man Machine Interface (MMI) and the device net devices. All buttons on the front panel go directly to the device net device inside and communicate by single Ethernet wire to the PLC. The large color MMI Touch Screen is easy to read and its intuitive screens that were designed by people with years of BFS operating experience.
21. Only the black Ethernet IP cable goes back to the PLC. Local devices are easily plugged in or out for fast repair or troubleshooting.
22. A completely new CIP/SIP system is installed onto the machine. New sanitary control valves, filter housing and buffer tank are provided as part of the system. The system is completely automatic and a separate MMI is next to the system for easy operator control. A Eurotherm data logger records the results of the SIP in a CFR Part 11 compliant manner reports for batch records can then be outputed to either a PC or printer as needed. Other parameters such as Fo are also calculated by the Eurotherm.
23. A variety of additional control options are available including parison programming. Our system uses the latest style Moog controller.
24. Also available is a PC based event recorder which logs operator events, SIP, CIP and operation data.
25. A wide variety of containers trimming options are available.
26. Non-sterile machine nearing completion at our factory.
27. A filling trial is taken in the presence of the Customer.
28. Sterile machine at a Customers plant for final commissioning.
29. The finished machine is shown with optional remote screen. The finished product compares with a new machine at 1/3 the cost..
30. The end result is that, the UPGRADED machine is, better than NEW machine..
